J. Diogo and Diamantino Jesus

J. Diogo was born in March 1966 in Madeira, Portugal. Since childhood he has not only had a gift for painting and design, but also a great interest in science and technology. He graduated in chemical engineering from IST (Technical Superior Institute) in Lisbon. Since his return to Madeira, he has dedicated his free time to painting, participated in various collective and individual art expositions and also painted ceilings of churches in Madeira. In 2003, influenced by his colleague, he developed an interest in digital photography and working together they have already achieved international awards.

 

Diamantino Jesus was born in February 1969 in Madeira, Portugal. At an early age he showed great interest in all things artistic and revealed his talent for painting and drawing. Upon completion of his secondary schooling he was admitted to the Superior Institute of Art and Design in Madeira, in the field of Graphic Projection. After obtaining his academic degree he spent two years studying the art of restoration in Pamplona, Spain. He has undertaken various works of restoration in churches in Madeira, as well as painted various ceilings based on original projects of his authorship and participated in numerous collective and individual art expositions. In 2003 he developed an interest in digital photography, producing works of a very high standard which have already achieved international awards.
